Dormer Lodge Welcomes Three New Initiates in a Memorable Ceremony

On the 5th of September 2026, Dormer Lodge held an exceptional meeting, successfully initiating three new candidates into Freemasonry: Luke, Matthew, and Gary.
The evening was marked by precision and camaraderie, highlighted by a perfect ceremony performed by the Worshipful Master. Escorted by the Junior Deacon, Brother John Offin—who proudly accompanied his blood brother Matthew—alongside the Senior Deacon, the candidates navigated the ritual in excellent order.
The degree work continued to shine through its officers. Brother Nordin Catic delivered a very well-presented explanation of the First Degree Working Tools, while Brother Neil Jones-Lumby delivered the First Degree Charge in a stellar manner.
Following their admission, the new members were officially welcomed and presented with the Book of Constitutions, the Lodge By-laws, and informative literature from the Province.
With the formalities concluded, the brethren transitioned to the festive board. True to the best traditions of the Lodge, the post-meeting celebrations were filled with great food, plenty of laughter, and a wonderfully fun, noisy atmosphere that made it a night to remember for all in attendance.
